Release of debt [lien] from A. R. Landes to D. A. Landes from the Stockmans Bank of Harman, WV originated on January 6, 1916 and released on November 21, 1934: Deed Bood No. 61, page 318, Clerks Office, Pendleton County, Franklin, WV. D. A. died on November 29, 1934.


The Stockmans Bank of harman, a Corporation, hereby releases the right reserved to it in a conveyance executed by A. R. Landes to D. A. Landes, dated the 6th day of January, 1916, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 61, page 318, in which deed a Vendor's Lien is reserved to secure the payment to the Stockmans Bank of Harman West Virginia, of a note for the sum of #300.00 due said bank from the said A. R. Landes, the said sum having been fully paid and satisfied.

IN AWITNESS WHEREOF, the said The Stockmans Bank of Harman, a Corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by Blaine Snyder, its proper officer thereunto duly authorized on this, the 21 day of November, 1934.
